Upgrade your planning and organization with monthly calendars to keep you on track.

Staying focused on every day tasks, chores, personal goals, and projects is not easy! Sometimes to make sure you can get it all done, you need to lay out your day down to the hour – which is why I’ve design a free printable template for your weekly schedule with time slots!
To-do lists are so important! I can’t get anything done without writing out my daily tasks. And who doesn’t love free printable weekly calendars? Especially a cottage-cozy vintage floral style like the one I’ve designed here!

To access this weekly schedule template with time slots, simply click on the download button below. This blank weekly calendar is perfect for you to fill out the allotted time slots with all of your weekly goals.
Please note that this is a 2 page template – All 7 days of the week are covered on a 2 page spread so that you have enough room to write out all your tasks for your weekly planning.
Although I’m planning to expand to multiple paper sizes, this template is for an 8.5″ x 11″ paper size – perfect for your home printer! I will be expanding the template for A5 paper too – perfect for planners!
The free printable weekly calendar templates also have margins already set with standard home printer settings in mind, so you don’t have to worry about anything getting cut off during printing.
There’s also already space for hole punching as well if you’re looking to put these in a binder or planner.
So get your busy schedule organized with a weekly to-do list for all the days of the week! Whether you need help with time management, meal planning, or a work schedule, the possibilities are endless with this free weekly printable calendar template.

This template is for your personal use only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, alter, modify, share with third-party or create derivative works of this product.
Keep an eye out on more templates I will be uploading with this vintage floral cozy-cottage theme. These include weekly calendars with blank boxes which will give you ample space to write your weekly plans, to-do lists, and goals for the entire week, as well as daily calendars with time slots and areas to enter goals, priorities and notes. All of these will be uploaded as free printables to upgrade your weekly schedule planner.
For now I’m only offering printable products, but I am working on also making a digital version of various templates as the perfect calendar for Ipad and tablet use. Free organization printables are the best to use on a device you access daily in order to keep on top of your daily schedule and cater to your specific needs.
There are many ways to incorporate this printable into your personal schedules to use it most effectively:
- Remember to break down your tasks into smaller time blocks. This will help you stay focused and ensures you don’t miss any task on your list.
- Take advantage of the Priorities block to write the really important tasks that you need to complete during your week. To not get overwhelmed, you can list your tasks by urgency so you know what to tackle first.
- If figuring out dinner every night is stressing you out, you can take advantage of the time slots for meal prep and planning, so that you’re prepared with your menu for the week.
- Track your goals! Set personal and professional goals using the Priorities or Notes block so you can stay focused and on target. You can also use the Notes section to reflect on your progress on a weekly basis.
- Use this weekly template to keep track of your habits and projects so that you can hold yourself accountable to meeting your goals, creating new habits, and completing creative, personal, or professional projects.
Planners are also great for increasing your productivity, staying motivated during the week, mitigating stress and anxiety, and managing your time better! I personally love the satisfaction of physically crossing an item off my list. Feels so good! This is also a great way to enhance your work-life balance so that you don’t burn out during the work week.
To keep yourself organized and motivated, consider using highlighters or different colored pens to arrange priority items or to group tasks into various categories (for example, work tasks, personal creative projects, house chores, etc.). The Notes block is also perfect for an end of the week reflection to keep that motivation going onto the next week!
I’ll also be working on more printable templates as a free download with various cozy styles and colour schemes in the weeks to come that focus on planners for each day of the week, as well as monthly calendars and planner inserts! At the end of the week, you’ll be feeling great knowing you were able to stay organized and complete your daily tasks.
Based on general interest, I’ll also be considering templates other than a daily planner. I’m thinking a class schedule, gardening and growing, and bullet journal item templates.
I love the idea of creating more free weekly templates – especially in this day and age when the cost of living is through the roof and it feels like everyone is trying to sell you something. Why not create a set of free printable calendars and other templates that are simply just free? I love the idea of supporting the planner community to help people feel organized, less stressed, and motivated. No one should have to spend money to reach balance in their lives.
Overall, my goal is to approach planning and organization from a mindful, calm perspective. No one should feel overwhelmed with the idea of getting things done – finding your own rhythm that allows you to be in control while also at peace is key, and I hope the templates I create can help with that.
And remember, create a relaxing environment when you’re filling out your calendar! I personally like to do it first thing in the morning, with a fresh cup of coffee, in some warm sunlight. I like to start my day with a positive mindset, so I certainly should be in a good mood when I’m filling out my to-do lists and personal goals.
My goal is create templates in a thoughtful and efficient way, so that you can feel a sense of peace in an otherwise hectic world.
I hope you enjoy the weekly calendar template with time slots, and I’ll keep working on the best weekly planners and ready-made templates for a wide variety of uses!
